Holt Renfrew will not be responsible or liable, directly or indirectly, in any way for any loss or damage of any kind incurred as a result of, or in connection with, your failure to comply with this section. All prices listed are in Canadian currency and all charges will be processed in Canadian currency. Prices which may be displayed or advertised on the Website or through any other electronic communications from Holt Renfrew are subject to confirmation, do not include shipping fees and applicable sales tax, and are subject to change without notice at Holt Renfrew's sole discretion. Shipping and taxes will be displayed at checkout prior to your final order submission. Holt Renfrew reserves the right to limit the quantities of certain products which you can purchase through the Website and some items viewed on the Website may be unavailable for purchase online. Merchandise in your “shopping bag” is not reserved until your order is placed and processed as evidenced by your receipt of an order confirmation. Holt Renfrew may cancel orders and refund customers' payment because of pricing errors, unavailability of inventory or for any other reason. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email and your credit card will be charged. Orders will ship from the Greater Toronto Area. Orders cannot be shipped to addresses outside Canada and freight forwarding addresses. Priority (Next Day) shipments cannot be delivered to post office boxes. Shipping windows are estimates and delivery times are not guaranteed as orders may experience unexpected delays. Holt Renfrew will not be responsible for any delays in delivery. Merchandise purchased through this Website may not be purchased or used for any purpose that is unlawful, misleading or deceptive. Orders which circumvent or abuse shipping thresholds, available complimentary shipping promotions or any other promotional offers may be refused or cancelled at Holt Renfrew's sole option. Holt Renfrew may cancel or refuse to process orders that it reasonably believes include merchandise intended to be re-sold by the purchaser. Further, Holt Renfrew may refuse any order that it reasonably believes has been placed by a customer who has violated these terms and conditions in the past.
If you have ordered a product by mistake, you may cancel the order by calling Holt Renfrew Customer Care at 1-844-922-HOLT (4658) within two hours of placing the order. Provided that it is not marked as “Final Sale”, merchandise purchased through this Website (excluding gift cards) may be returned in accordance with Holt Renfrew’s return policy. Merchandise may be purchased using a valid Holt Renfrew gift card and/or an accepted credit card. For security reasons and to prevent fraud: (i) Holt Renfrew may suspend the use of all or some gift cards on this website and (ii) all orders for products placed through this Website will only be accepted by Holt Renfrew if the name and address to which the credit card is to be billed corresponds to the name and address that is registered with the purchaser’s credit card provider. If the information does not correspond or if Holt Renfrew reasonably suspects a fraudulent transaction, your order may be declined by Holt Renfrew even though the transaction may have been pre-authorized by your financial institution. If this happens, the dollar amount of the order may not be available for other use on your credit card until it is credited back to your account, which may take between three to five business days (more for international credit cards).
