Placing an Order
Once you have added all items to your shopping bag, you may then select the shopping bag in the upper right hand corner to review your order. Here, you will have the opportunity to change quantities, return to the product pages, apply any promotional or event codes, and select any applicable samples. Then you may continue shopping or proceed to checkout.
- Sign in as an Existing Customer, create a New Customer account, or checkout as a Guest.
- Fill in your shipping details, and select your preferred shipping method. You must provide a Canadian shipping destination. Proceed by clicking “Continue to billing”.
- Enter your gift card or credit card payment information, along with your billing address.
- 1. Fill in your contact details, along with your Customer ID, if available. Proceed by clicking “Continue to preview”.
- Preview your order to ensure all details are correct. You may edit any details of your order by selecting “Edit” or “Remove”, or update items in your bag by selecting “Return to My Bag”.
- To submit your order, click on “Place order”.
- Your order number and the email address to which your order confirmation was sent will then be displayed.
- If you initially opted to check out as a Guest user, you will then have the option to create an account and save your order details, or continue without creating an account.

Creating an online account is a breeze. As a registered user, you will benefit from the following features available to you:
- Express checkout with the option to save your address(es) and credit card details for a quicker checkout experience
- Ability to save your Customer ID (if available) to have online purchases linked to your in-store customer account. If you are not aware of your Customer ID, please leave this blank or reach out to customer care to add this to your account.
- View your order history for up to 24 months, along with tracking details.
- Create a Wish List with your most coveted items
- Manage your Holt Renfrew eNewsletter subscriptions
Cancelling or Modifying Your Order
To cancel or modify your order, please contact Customer Care at 1-844-922-HOLT (4658) immediately after your order has been placed. We will do our best to accommodate any changes or cancellations you request before the order enters our shipping queues.
After an order has been placed, we are unable to add additional items, or change the province an order is being shipped to.
At checkout, you will have the option to mark your order as a gift.
All orders will be shipped in Holt Renfrew branded corrugate with the iconic magenta detailing. No prices will appear on items ordered through HoltRenfrew.com. Prices will not be displayed on the packing slip included in the parcel only if the shipping address is different from the billing address.
After an order has been placed, we are unable to modify it to allow for the gifting option. Please note that gift orders returned by mail will be refunded to the purchaser on the original method of payment.
Gift orders returned in store will have the option to be returned on an eGift Card or to the original method of payment.
All Holt Renfrew eGift Cards can be used towards purchases both online and in store, including Ogilvy.

Some items may be unavailable or have a limitation on the quantity you purchase. This will be displayed in the quantity dropdown on the product page, if applicable.
We have made every effort to display the colours of our products that appear online as accurately as possible. However, as computer monitors and settings vary, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any colour will be completely accurate.
